BTG Pactual precifica follow on em R$ 122,01 por unit

O BTG Pactual comunicou na última terça-feira, 8, que sua oferta subsequente (follow on) com esforços restritos foi precificada a R$ 122,01 por unit após o encerramento do procedimento de bookbuilding.
Com a venda de 24.402.000 units – sendo que cada uma corresponde por uma ação ordinária (ON) e duas ações preferenciais (PNs) –, a companhia captou R$ 2,977 bilhões na operação. E, por se tratar de uma oferta com distribuição primária, o dinheiro vai direto para o caixa do banco.
Em nota, a instituição financeira afirma que o montante corresponderá ao aumento de capital da companhia. Contudo, esse valor ainda está sujeito à homologação, acrescentou o BTG.
Após esse procedimento, o novo capital social da empresa passará a ser de R$ 15.589.880.448,92, dividido em 1.808.613.500 ações ordinárias, 711.276.466 ações preferenciais classe A e 349.356.340 ações preferenciais classe B, todas nominativas, escriturais e sem valor nominal.
Com os recursos levantados, a instituição pretende utilizá-los para a consecução do curso normal dos seus negócios, além de acelerar iniciativas estratégicas e o crescimento da área de negócios de varejo digital.
Os coordenadores do follow on foram o próprio BTG Pactual (líder), Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA, Santander Brasil e UBS BB.
