Desistências de IPO já somam 31 casos em 2021

A quantidade de empresas que desistiram de suas ofertas públicas iniciais de ações (IPOs, na sigla em inglês) em 2021 chegou a 31 casos, conforme dados da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM).
Trata-se do cancelamento de 26 ofertas de distribuição mista, 4 de primária e de 1 secundária.
Este número supera em muito as 22 desistências (sendo 16 ofertas mistas, 4 primárias e 2 secundárias) que ocorreram ao longo de 2020.
As últimas empresas a cancelar seus IPOs foram a CM Hospitalar (Viveo) e a Rio Alto Energia.
