IPO: Alphaville estreia nesta sexta na B3

A Alphaville Urbanismo conseguiu emplacar sua oferta pública inicial de ações (IPO, na sigla em inglês), feita com esforços restritos, e chega à B3 nesta sexta-feira, 11, sob o código AVLL3.
Na última segunda-feira, a companhia havia definido o preço por ação da oferta, saindo a R$ 29,50 por ativo. Dessa forma, a empresa captou R$ 305 milhões na operação e, agora, está avaliada em cerca de R$ 700 milhões.
Em seu IPO, a Alphaville incluiu um bônus de subscrição, sendo que cada investidor da oferta recebeu três bônus para cada lote de 10 ações adquiridas. Isso significa que cada bônus concede ao acionista o direito de subscrever um papel ordinário a R$ 29,50 até 31 de dezembro de 2021 ou em até 10 dias após a data de aprovação de um eventual aumento de capital.
No documento enviado à Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), a companhia de urbanismo diz que pretende utilizar os recursos captados para o pagamento de contratos financeiros, despesas administrativas, de vendas e gerais. Com os recursos da oferta, a Alphaville também planeja adquirir terrenos, aumentar participação de novos lançamentos e expandir o capital de giro.
